About Us
Hannah Singer Barocas is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Health Sector MBA candidate at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, bringing a rare combination of clinical expertise and business acumen to the world of independent practice consulting.
Hannah holds an MSW from Boston College, an MA in Psychology from Brandeis University, and a BA in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Northwestern University. Her academic foundation in behavioral health, economics, and business gives her a uniquely analytical lens on practice operations and growth.
Over the past five years, Hannah co-founded and built Ehrhart Singer Therapy Group, PLLC from a two-person private pay practice into a ten-person insurance-based group practice. The experience of navigating everything from entity formation and operational systems to provider networks and financial management now forms the foundation of HSB Consulting, LLC. Hannah brings that same operational expertise to independent practitioners who are ready to grow without the administrative burden of doing it alone.
As a Forte Fellow at Boston University, Hannah is recognized among a select group of women pursuing leadership in business. She currently serves on the Morgan's Message Medical Advisory Board and the Boston Ballet Body Image Working Task Force, and is a recipient of the Boston College M. Rita Walsh Memorial Award.
At HSB Consulting, LLC, Hannah’s goal is to give independent practitioners access to the operational infrastructure most small practices never have, built by someone who has done it firsthand.
